For the Pop-Up, we will bring a limited menu of items to an event and sell on-site. We will set up a table with our signage and bring the food prepared to sell. With this event, we will bring a pre-determined amount of food based on the expected attendance, and when we sell out, we are finished.

This type of event works well for events such as sports games, pep rallies, etc. with a captive audience but where you may not be able to communicate with the audience ahead of time. For this event, payment is accepted on-site.
