For the Pre-Order, we will create a link where the members/students can order the meals ahead of time. We provide a flyer for the event that includes the menu and a QR code to order with the date and time of delivery listed. The organization is then responsible for sending out the link and posting the flyer to get the meals. The more meals that are ordered, the more fundraising the organization gets. We will accept orders up to the night before the event. We recommend sending multiple communications about the event to remind members/students who may place their orders at the last minute. 

This type of event works best for lunches and planned events. Payment is accepted ahead of time online.
